Rear extension
Full internal refurbishment
Driveway and garden landscaping
This project focuses on the refurbishment of a semi-detached 1970s house in Hemel Hempstead, incorporating a modest rear kitchen extension as part of a comprehensive ground-floor redesign.
The extension creates a more generous and functional kitchen and dining space, better suited to the everyday needs of a family seeking room to grow with their children.
At the front, a first-floor extension has been added to enlarge the master bedroom and introduce a new en-suite, enhancing comfort and providing much-needed private space for the parents.
The design also includes a new landscaped driveway to improve both accessibility and curb appeal, while at the rear, a lush modern garden creates a vibrant outdoor living environment for play, relaxation, and family gatherings.
Together, these interventions transform the house into a brighter, more spacious and adaptable home, tailored to the evolving needs of contemporary family life.
