Your Brief
We will help convert your brief into a format that can be understood by everybody involved in the process.
Concepts & Planning Permission
Our team members will narrow down the deigns that suit you and your budget so that we can submit them for planning approval at this stage.
Building Regulation Approval
In most cases you will be required to gain building regulation approval.
We can produce the drawings needed and help you appoint the right consultants.
Construction & Hand-over
We can provide a contract administration service to monitor the progress of your construction and your building contract through to completion.
In Use
If you require regular reviews of the building functions after the construction is complete we can provide check ups and reports.
